Shipping Policy:

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that our standard shipping time within the USA is 4-5 business days.

Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Dust Glide. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that we only accept returns for faulty products. If you believe you have received a faulty product, please contact us immediately at support@dustglide.com with details of the issue. Upon inspection and approval of the faulty product, we will provide you with further instructions on returning the item and processing your refund or exchange.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at support@dustglide.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return for a faulty product.
  2. Provide details of the issue and any supporting evidence such as photos or videos.
  3. Upon approval, we will provide you with instructions on returning the item.
  4. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.

Refunds:

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds may take several business days to process, depending on your bank or credit card company's policies.
